✷ Personality:

Makoto, at first glance, gives off the appearance of a 'Yankee' girl, someone tough who gets into trouble on a daily basis. But as Usagi found out, you shouldn't judge a book by its cover - yes, Makoto is super strong and hard to scare, but she's also a sweet girl who loves typically feminine things. Cooking, sewing, flowers, dresses, Makoto is as girly as it comes when she's talking about her favorite things. She is a little wary when first meeting new people, as she's well aware of her false reputation, and she had few real friends before meeting Usagi and the other senshi. But once she comes to know someone, she'll care about them with all her heart, encourage them with all her passion, and defend them with her very life.

When it comes to boys, you'll never see someone who falls faster and harder. One of her dreams is to be married, and so easily swoons over a cute guy. Some of this, and some of her protectiveness towards her friends, is a result of losing her parents at a very young age and desperately longing for both love and a family. So when she finds out she is being deceived (such as a Youma/monster pretending to be a boy who is interested in her) she becomes a white hot raging warrior. Her anger is something to fear as she shows no mercy to her enemies. Her strength and anger is so great, she defeated a Youma while still being an ordinary human girl - before she was turned into a senshi.

As for being a Sailor Senshi, she is fiercely loyal to Usagi and her fellow soldiers. At times she is immensely proud of her own strength, and is glad to show off or to rush into a fight. When this strength of hers is questioned, she'll often go above and beyond to prove that person wrong - such as following Haruka Tenoh around after her strength was challenged. But there are also times when she doesn't realize her friends can't handle this same power, such as slapping them in a friendly manner on the back or shaking someone in frustration before realizing she's strangling them. She's also not very good when it comes to studying or tests, as she tends to get easily distracted by doing chores or cooking. In that area, she's only slightly better than Usagi, which honestly isn't saying a lot.

Deep down, she does carry some slight doubt about her destiny forever chained to Usagi. She does have her own aspirations for the future, such as becoming a florist or owning a bakery. Despite having concrete evidence that in the future she will continue to serve Usagi, she still strives to follow her original dreams. In her opinion, destiny is something that is forged by ones own hands, not set out in front of her by someone else. Fortunately she holds no resentment towards Usagi herself - even if Usagi wasn't the Moon Princess, Makoto would still be by her side forevermore. Their friendship is something Makoto treasures incredibly deeply.

✷ Magical Powers:

By turning into Sailor Jupiter, her already massive strength is enhanced, as well as her defenses and speed. As a result, she can take and survive much stronger hits than a normal human, and moves quicker as well. By becoming Sailor Jupiter, she can perform the following attacks -

 

Flower Hurricane - Creates flurries of flower blossoms that can blind or agitate the enemy.

Supreme Thunder - Bolts of electricity are collected in her tiara, then thrown at the enemy.

Jupiter Thunderbolt - Similar to the above but stronger in power.

Sparkling Wide Pressure - Collects electricity in her hands which she throws.

Jupiter Coconut Cyclone - Summons several orbs of lightning energy to spam-attacker opponents.

Jupiter Oak Evolution - Similar to the above but stronger in power.

✷ Skills and Weapons:

As stated before, as a regular human her strength is incredible, able to lift grown men and monsters above her head. She has an innate ability to sense when storms are coming, and is also sensitive to electricity when those storms come. She's also an excellent cook, able to make something both delicious and adorable. She can also sow and arrange flowers. Unless you count her transformation wand, she will not be bringing any weapons.

✷ Inventory:

Her transformation wand/pen, which allows her to transform into Sailor Jupiter. Other than that, it's just the clothes on her back.

✷ Monster:
First Choice: Trick or Treater. Since Makoto loves to cook and bake, I thought it'd be cute if she could bake candy! … Mostly for herself as the cravings start, but she will share!
Second Choice: Goblin. It seems fitting because she's physically the strongest of the Inner Senshi, plus already has a love of cute, girly things.
Third Choice: Lycanthrope. Transforming is already such a big part of her life. I thought it'd be a little funny if she transforms during the full moon, then transforms AGAIN as a senshi.

✷ What caused your character to drink the potion?

It was a mistake. While once again struggling to both study and avoid studying, Makoto was making a batch of tea. In her worry over her grades, she was oblivious that the potion wasn't something she owned, and she added it to her tea...

Makoto rarely showed fear or even worry when facing her toughest opponents. Yet here she was, facing the strongest enemy she had ever encountered before in her life, and she was sweating bullets. Alas, none of her magical powers could possibly hope to achieve victory here...

 

… because studying math was SO BORING.

 

She groaned, flopping face down on the table. She knew she should pick herself up and go through the textbook once again, but she dreaded it with every fiber of her being. With a heavy sigh, she moved her head to glance toward her phone. It was highly tempting to call her dear friend Ami, who was an absolute whiz at every subject. Then again, Ami was probably neck-deep studying as well and Makoto was reluctant to bother her with her own stupidity. (Plus, Ami was rather scary when it came to group study.)

 

“You know what I need?” She told herself in an effort to lift her spirits. “Caffeine. Energy. … I can use those cute little tea cups I bought yesterday...” On some level she knew she was merely delaying studying again and procrastinating, but she was already out of her seat and heading for the kitchen. Making a relaxing cup of tea was so routine for her that she allowed her body to go on auto-pilot while her mind wandered. Maybe she could ask that cute boy that sat in front of her in class for some help. He always had that kind smile on, even during tough exams, surely he'd be more than happy to help.

 

Then help would turn to dates and dates would turn to going steady and going steady would turn to...

 

As she allowed herself to be lost in romantic daydreaming, she failed to notice the addition to her kitchenware. The potion from another world didn't feel too different in her fingers, which allowed her to pour it into her tea without a second thought. Hm, maybe she could call Minako, she knew all the guys in class, maybe they could form some sort of group study date. Surely Ami couldn't oppose that, studying would technically be involved!

 

With yet another sigh, she lifted the tea to her lips, and was unaware of how ironic her next thought was. “I'd give anything not to worry about tests for a while...”

Why do you want to join Halloween Town: The premise looks fun and interesting, people I know are already in it and have given rave reviews, and as a Disney fan I kind of have to want it =P
